Transition to Paychex
MARS Solutions Group is pleased to announce that, effective 25th May 2022, Paychex, Inc. will begin processing payroll.
You can easily view your paystubs using Paychex Flex®, a secure, self-service online portal. A registration job aid is located at the button below.
For your reference, please find the Paychex Flex® Employee Registration document and the Job Aid document attached, with an overview and links to Employee Training on how to register for your Paychex Flex® account.
You’ll be able to login and view your first Paychex paystub on or after 25th May 2022. To ensure accuracy, we ask that you take a few moments to review the following information on your first paystub:
- Current name and address
- Accurate deductions such as 401(k), Child support
- Tax Filing status is accurate (Single or Married)
- Direct deposit account information
- Medical and other Insurance benefits withholding
