How can you search for nontraditional talent for your company? How do you attract unique, talented team members? MARS Solutions Group is hosting an event Sept. 16 with panelists to discuss how to find your own “purple squirrels” – those rare team members that check all your boxes and more.

The virtual event is from 1-2:30 p.m. with guests speaking for the first hour followed by 30 minutes of networking. This is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the importance of incorporating diversity and inclusion into your team as well as speak and connect with other professionals in the technology industry.

Diversity in the workforce has many benefits, and can greatly improve your team’s overall work experience. According to a survey conducted by Glassdoor, “76 percent of employees and job seekers said a diverse workforce was important when evaluating companies and job offers.” Additionally, Forbes notes that a diverse workforce can increase innovation by 19%.

Expand your knowledge and hiring skills through our event to ensure your employees have positive, enriching experiences in your organization.
