Zocalo Park in Walker’s Point looked like an outdoor Silicon Valley as the area’s leading IT professionals gathered for the inaugural Milwaukee Tech Bash on Tuesday, August 20th.

More than 800 business, government and academic leaders took mixed with cutting-edge technology entrepreneurs in this networking extravaganza produced by Matt Cordio’s Skills Pipeline and Startup Milwaukee.

“It was truly a celebration of Milwaukee’s rapidly-emerging tech industry,” said Rashi Khosla, CEO of MARS Solutions Group, a top provider of IT talent and solutions.
MARS joined other leading IT groups like Crescendo Collective, Skills Pipeline, 371 Productions, Outer Rim, BlinkUp, and GenoPalate. In addition to demonstrations from local startups, Milwaukee Tech Bash included food, games and live music.

“MARS did a raffle at the event and Jacob Stangl of Accenture won the prize – it’s a Google Home hub.”
