MARS Solutions Group is proud to join the MKE Tech Hub Coalition which connects the greater Milwaukee-area tech community and aims to build, attract, and retain diverse tech talent and businesses throughout southeastern Wisconsin. As the technology industry continues to grow and advance, finding talent for diverse roles has also increased. The coalition’s efforts to attract talent and build support includes engaging and partnering with members of the business community, as well as non-profits and anyone who shares the same goals of advancing innovation and technology in the region. The coalition has six main priorities for increasing the amount of tech workers within the Milwaukee area: having a bold image, leveraging startup companies, growing tech jobs in existing companies, supporting freelancers, retaining top talent from K-20 education, and reskilling the talent for opportunities in diverse roles.
Striving to find the right blend of technical skills and personality fit that harmonizes with an organization’s culture, management style, and team dynamics is a top priority of MARS Solutions Group, making the partnership with the MKE Tech Hub Coalition a natural and mutually beneficial fit.
