2019 was an incredible year for MARS Solutions Group. We’ve enjoyed momentous growth such as doubling our number of consultants, adding additional internal staff, and significantly increasing our bottom line. We focused on involvement by attending and sponsoring events all around the greater Milwaukee area. We worked to build our company, our community, and our people.
As we begin a new year, and a new decade, I’ve been reflecting on our past. Since our incorporation, MARS has faced years of successes and growth alongside a significant amount of growing pains. We’ve made mistakes. We don’t always get it right. We’ve missed opportunities. However, through the missteps, we’ve learned, adapted, and are poised to move forward.
As we proceed into 2020, the reasons for our achievements remain the same: our Martians. They are our greatest assets. They continually rise to meet the ever-mounting demands placed on them. They are the reason for our success.
In this new year and beyond, we have set our sights high. We’d like to further expand our team and shift focus to our product offerings, while continuing to foster quality talent. Our SaaS products are ready to launch to help companies meet and surpass their diversity and inclusion goals. We look forward to better serving our clients, consultants, and community.
