HVAC Sales Rep

The company has been in business since 1975 is a $24 million dollar company.

The company provides HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Controls service and installation in commercial/industrial environments.

The company employs approximately 100 employees.

This is a union company in regards to the skilled trades’ positions and therefore cannot use a staffing service for technicians and installers.  In order to add more technicians and installers, the company must grow the sales division.

The company services southeastern Wisconsin.  The company also services some clients in northern Wisconsin, Illinois and the Upper Peninsula.


Position: Service Sales Representative (Commercial/Industrial)

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53209

The company is seeking a sales rep that lives within a 45 mile radius of the office


Salary: $45,000.00 to $100,000 base dependent upon the candidate’s customer base and the candidate.

End of year bonuses available based upon overall company performance.


Benefits: Major Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance.  The insurance starts at 90 days but the company can assist with COBRA payments in the interim.  401K with company match.  All major holidays are paid.  Vacations are negotiable based upon the individual.


Position Info:

The company will fill the position once the right candidate has been presented.

The position is open due to growth

The candidate must have a current, transferrable book of business.

The person in this role is expected to be a hunter and generate his/her own leads.

The person in this role will cultivate and maintain relationships with clients.

The person in this role will primarily sell HVAC, but can also sell Controls, Plumbing and Fire Protection.

The person in this role will report to the office daily.

There is no assigned territory for this position.

The company will take on clients outside of the service area if it is profitable to do so.

The company is cautious in regards to government work, but will accept it if it is profitable to do so.
